Screening & Background Questions

Do you conduct background checks?

Yes. As part of our commitment to community safety and well-being, we conduct standard background screenings on all applicants.

Not necessarily. We review each application individually on a case-by-case basis, understanding that everyone's journey and circumstances are unique.

Do you accept re-entry applicants?

Yes. We maintain clear guidelines to ensure everyone feels respected and secure. These include maintaining clean common areas, respecting designated quiet hours, and actively contributing to a positive, supportive living environment.
